Practice exam terms and refund policy

1. What you're buying

The Red Seal–style practice exams are digital products: printable PDF booklets, each with 100 original practice questions, a blank answer sheet, an answer key and an explanation for every answer. They are original practice questions, not actual Red Seal exam questions, and we're not affiliated with the Red Seal Program or any provincial apprenticeship authority. Prices: $49 CAD for one trade, or $97 CAD for the all-trades bundle, one-time. There is no subscription, no online access period and no live instruction.

2. Delivery

Once your payment is confirmed (PayPal or Interac e-Transfer), we email the PDF(s) to the address you give us, normally within 1 business day. If nothing has arrived within 2 business days, check your spam folder and then contact us.

3. Licence

The booklets are licensed for your own personal use. You may print them and keep copies on your own devices. Please don't resell, share or post them publicly. Classroom or group use needs a group plan.

4. Refunds (digital product)

• 7-day refund: if the practice exam isn't useful to you, email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full.
• Not delivered or file problem: if you paid and didn't receive your PDF(s), or a file won't open, we'll resend or fix it; if we can't, we'll refund you in full.
• Wrong trade: if we sent the wrong trade, we'll send the right one at no charge.
• Duplicate payment: refunded in full.
• After 7 days from delivery, the purchase is non-refundable, because it has been fully delivered.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method (PayPal refund, or Interac e-Transfer back to the sender), normally within 5 business days.

5. No guarantee of a result

The practice exams help you prepare. We can't guarantee that you will pass a Red Seal or provincial certificate of qualification exam. Codes and standards change, so always check the code edition your jurisdiction has adopted.

Our general Terms of Service, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy also apply. Where they differ on the practice exams, these terms apply.
