Interview course terms and refund policy

1. What you're buying

The Trades Interview Prep Course is a digital product: a download bundle (PDF) containing nine course modules, a printable workbook, a 148-question interview question bank with model answers, and a mock interview script. Price: $79 CAD, one-time. There is no subscription and no live instruction.

2. Delivery

Once your payment is confirmed (PayPal or Interac e-Transfer), we email the bundle to the address you give us, normally within 1 business day. If it hasn't arrived within 2 business days, check your spam folder and then contact us.

3. Licence

The course is licensed for your own personal use. You may print it and keep copies on your own devices. Please don't resell, share or post it publicly. Group or cohort use needs a group plan.

4. Refunds (digital product)

• 7-day refund: if the course isn't useful to you, email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full. No long explanation needed.
• Not delivered or file problem: if you paid and didn't receive the bundle, or a file won't open, we'll resend or fix it; if we can't, we'll refund you in full.
• Duplicate payment: refunded in full.
• After 7 days from delivery, the course is non-refundable, because it has been fully delivered.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method (PayPal refund, or Interac e-Transfer back to the sender), normally within 5 business days.

5. No guarantee of a job

The course helps you prepare. We can't guarantee an interview, a job offer, an apprenticeship placement or a union intake result.

Our general Terms of Service, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy also apply. Where they differ on this course, these course terms apply.
